The Shinex Return Policy

At The Shinex, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them

    • In their original packaging with all tags attached

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized/customized products

  • Perishable or hygienic items (if applicable)

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size/item was received.

  • To request an exchange, please contact us before sending the item back.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
