The Shinex Shipping Policy

At The Shinex, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please review our shipping terms below:

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over 1000 rupees (if applicable).

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your package online through the carrier’s website.

International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

  • The Shinex is not liable for delays due to customs processes.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • For lost packages, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with filing a claim with the carrier.
