Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.

Order Tracking

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.
Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

For lost packages, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with filing a claim with the carrier.
